Embodiment Session for inner strength, self-esteem and clarity
Hello, I am Linda, a Hatha Yoga and Embodiment teacher and I will sensitively guide you through the embodiment session.
What is embodiment?
Embodiment means embodiment. Embodiment techniques increase your body sensitivity and awareness. You take your body with you, you manifest with it. You inhabit your body completely.
You are completely in balance with your body, your sensations and your feelings. Without suppressing anything. Our society is very intellectual and in constant identification with its thoughts.
Many people don't want to feel themselves properly and simply suppress many feelings. This is one reason why many people seek refuge in drugs, alcohol or other distractions. I myself suffered unconsciously for years from a toxic and dysfunctional family situation until I healed myself bit by bit through embodiment and yoga. If unwanted feelings are not felt and are constantly suppressed, they settle in the cellular consciousness and block you unconsciously.
Just pause for a moment, feel yourself, arrive at yourself and hold what wants to be there. That's what an embodiment session is about. We take the body with us. It shows us the way. Your body knows.
