what is Embodied Yoga and Embodiment?

Embodiment and embodied yoga is a way to fully embody yourself and bring your body, mind and soul into harmony. Embodiment means self-embodiment and strengthening your self-awareness and body sensitivity. With the help of embodiment, you inhabit your body completely and become more and more at one with yourself. You heal bit by bit and become more and more self-confident and intuitive.

I, Linda, am a trained Hatha Yoga and Embodiment teacher and look forward to meeting you.

Embodiment and Yoga

In Embodied Flow Yoga, the focus is not on the correct execution of the asanas, but on your inner experience . Embodied Yoga is not about how something looks from the outside, but rather about looking at what is good for you, what feels good, and experiencing yourself from the inside out.

In this way, you will increasingly enter a pleasant, joyful flow state in which you simply are – without resistance, fear or doubt.

Embodied Yoga online Thursday evening

With yoga and embodiment, you can get in touch with your body better. You take your body with you and can install positive feelings in your cells and increase your vibration. You therefore live your soul truth more and more. Gentle and powerful yoga sessions, which we want to feel and perceive from within, reinforce this. It is not important to me that the asanas are performed absolutely correctly. What is more important is how you feel and how well you feel when doing yoga.

    Everything is connected - body, soul and spirit . All experiences, whether joy or trauma, are stored in your cells. With embodiment techniques we can install new energies in our cells, increase our vibration and align ourselves with what we desire from our hearts.

    Gentle Hatha Yoga exercises complete this unit, strengthen our body and increase our life energy – so that we can navigate through our everyday lives with strength.
