In this Personal Yoga and Embodiment During the session I will use various yoga, meditation techniques and embodiment exercises to address you and your individual well-being.

I combine activating Hatha Yoga Asanas with gentle and calming meditations and embodiment exercises that lead you back to yourself. With embodiment it is also possible to anchor desired states and wishes more and more in your cells.

This 1:1 personal yoga and embodiment session is for you if you can answer these questions with yes.

    What is embodiment?

    Embodiment is a way to fully embody yourself and bring your body, mind and soul into harmony. Embodiment and embodied yoga means self-embodiment and strengthening your self-perception and body sensitivity. With the help of embodiment, you inhabit your body completely and become more and more at one with yourself, and can therefore heal and recognize your own truth more and more. And thus live in balance.

    In Embodied Flow Yoga, the focus is not on the correct execution of the asanas, but on your inner experience. Embodied Yoga is not about how something looks from the outside, but rather about looking at what is good for you, what feels good, and experiencing yourself from the inside. This way, you can get closer and closer to yourself and your inner truth.
